Science Olympiad AHW Part 2

 

 

 

"4th place for Pentathlon is West Maple!" The announcer shouted. "Ugg" Zoe and I moaned. "I don't think we did very well." Zoe moaned. "We did fine." I said. "Are you sure?” Zoe asked me. “Yes, I’m sure, now listen they’re calling 3^rd place.” “Fine, I’ll listen. I hope they call us.” She replied. “So do I.” I answered. “For 3^rd place in Pentathlon is BCS Team 1!” The announcer shouted. “Yes!” We exclaimed. We jumped up at the exact same time and ran up to the front with our team. We were excited because we didn’t know we did that good, we thought we might of gotten 5^th place not 3^rd. “Great Job.” Our principle said to us as he gave us our medals as we walked proudly back to our seats.

"For Weather Or Not, 1st place is BCS team 1!" The announcer shouted out. Me and my friend Zoe jumped up and quickly walked to the front to receive our medals. "Good job!" My friend, Taylor from Greenfield said as I walked by. "Thanks." I replied. As we got to the front our principal gave me a high five.

I heard Mozart's music slowly drifting through Mia's earbuds. We were going on a field trip. We were sitting in the bus going to Lansing. The bus ride was about one hour and thirty minutes. That's a super duper long bus ride!! My mom was with me as a chaperone for the trip. She sat across from me while Mia and I sat together.

Dear Bus Station,

 I always get to the bus stop on time but the bus is always late to the bus stop and the school. Because the bus is late, it's making me late for school; making me fall behind in what we're learning. Everyday I leave my house and get to the bus stop on time. But the bust still isn't there. The earliest I've ever gotten there was 8:18 and school starts at 8:20. By the time it takes me to walk into the school it's already 8:20. There are lots of kids who ride the bus and I'm sure most kids don't want to be late to school.bwhen you're late to school you miss things they did in class and when you miss things they did in class you do bad in that subject. That causes you to get a bad score on your homeowner and the you won't get a passing grade. For the education of my classmates I am just asking you to come to the bus stop on time and to make sure they leave on time.

My complaint letter

Dear Bus Station,

My AHW

Here is a book report for the book Divergent and Insurgent.

I like both books but there should be a little more detail. Also in the 2nd book when Tobias starts to show up more in the book I think she should've wrote what they both were thinking. Not just showing what Tris thinks. But overall the books were very good.

 

PS: I really want to read the 3rd book. I don't know where to find it though:( 

My AHW

What would you do if you found some money lying around on the floor at school with no one around? Would you report it to the first person you saw, would you tell the people closest to you at the time, would you stuff into your pocket without anyone seeing, would you give it to your best friend? Would you tell the office if you found a big bill like a 50 or 100? I would ask the people closest to me at the time but I won't tell them the amount. I'd do that because anybody could say "Yeah, that bill belongs to me." but you won't know if they're lying or not. But if it is a big bill I would tell the office but ask them not to tell the whole school because the office will be crammed with people all saying they own the bill. That's what I'd do if I found some money.
